Massage Heights Ames is now offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

Must be willing to work full time (30 hours) with 70% or more of the hours during evenings and weekends (your mix of 3-9pm weekdays and weekend hours). Premium for experience with this position. Earn more each week with full books, and available benefits. Be safe and secure in a team environment. Come meet us for all the details! Roles and Responsibilities

Provide excellent Guest service.
Implement all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures of MH Iowa 5 on a consistent basis.
Suggest treatment based on observations.
Educate Guests with knowledge and confidence on the services, products and programs available.
Recommend and be able to perform protocols and add ons/Elevations with consistency
Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy-Lifestyle Programs.
Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home.
Participate in Off-Site Events.
Stay updated on retail products and promotions available in the Retreat.
Create and maintain positive relationships with Team Members.
Recognize and support Team goals.
Achieve and maintain personal goals
Exhibit positive leadership skills.
Be prompt and prepared to work (lead by example).
Create a Team environment.
Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours.
Follow all policies and procedures within MH Iowa 5 handbook
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
Carry personal liability insurance
Hold current state license to practice massage therapy
Be Guest Service oriented and communicate effectively with Guests
Capable of performing/learning deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities
Capable of performing/learning add ons/Elevations
Be a team player
Believe in regular massage therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle
Pass background check
