The duties and of the Manager position ensure exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction. These duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintaining and increasing our member base
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain top talent
  • Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role playing, and training
  • Stay updated on all services, products and promotions, be diligent in setting the example for your team
  • Set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals
A strong candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 1-year face to face sales or retail management experience
  • Some experience in Massage or Spa membership sales
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays
Compensation: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
