Responsibilities

Identify and engage with candidates
Community relations - develop relationships and partnerships with area schools and associations
Manage the recruiting process from beginning to end
Create and manage recruiting events at our locations
Report metrics on progress on a daily basis

Qualifications

Previous recruiting and/or sales experience a plus
Excellent communication skills
Positive, energetic attitude
