Our Lifestyle Consultants will be able to match our Guests needs with our therapists based on personal experience, as well as show our Guests how our therapists recommendations of regular massage can be part of their health regimen. Our entire team — Massage Therapists, Retreat Directors, Skincare Therapists, Retreat Attendants… everyone… works with their hearts and hands to elevate the lives and health of our Guests. Responsibilities
- Set the standard for high-quality therapy and Guest service through ongoing training and support
- Assist in the development of our people and processes as we expand to 8 locations in Austin
- Confidently, knowledgeably educate Guests about services, products and programs
- Meet and exceed sales goals, including retail, rebooking, and Elevations bookings
- Schedule new and return appointments based on Guest preferences.
- Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy — Lifestyle Programs
- Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home
- Create and maintain positive relationships with Team Members
- Recognize and support Team goals
Qualifications
- Sales, Retail or Guest Services experience
- Previous membership sales experience a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Availability to work certain nights and weekends (our busiest times)
