What You'll Actually Earn
Base: $15/hour + Commission
Top performers earn: $20-23/hour total

You'll earn commission on membership packages, service add-ons, and upgrades. The better you connect guests with what improves their lives, the more you make. Every shift.

- Turn calls into bookings - Guide guests to services that genuinely help them
- Sell memberships - Meet individual and team goals by showing guests the value (and earn commission)
- Educate guests - Match people with the right services and products
- Support your team - Collaborate with therapists and estheticians for seamless guest experiences
