Starting pay: $27-$30 per service hour PLUS commissions and full tips

Merit-based increases leading to $48-$50 per service hour for experienced therapists Transparent pay structure that rewards dedication and skill development

Requirements

Current Texas massage therapy license

Proficiency in (or eagerness to learn) deep tissue and Swedish modalities

Strong communication skills and genuine desire to help others

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
