Massage Heights Vintage Park is seeking the best personalities to add to our family of Spa Sales Associates - This bubbly and fun loving sales associate will work closely with our customers to provide an overwhelmingly positive experience to drive our business. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high volume, therapeutic spa environment with a huge smile!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival, selling memberships, retail products and gift cards
Assist in administrative tasks including filing data entry of client records
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and merchandising area

Requirements:

Must be willing to learn about Massage & Facial services
Must be able to recommend and sell memberships and retail products
Able to effectively communicate with members and guests
Able to work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
Have a positive attitude and be customer service focused

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly base + commission
