Responsibilities:
- Combine your skills and techniques alongside the modalities we offer to give a customized service tailored to each guest.
- Ability to offer each guest an enhanced experience using Hot Stones, Cupping, and Aromatherapy.
- Perform and recommend protocols with consistency and compliance with brand standards.
- Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy.
- Build relationships with your clientele to help them meet their self-care goals.
- Confidently, knowledgeably educate guests about services, products, and programs.
Qualifications:
- Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy.
- Capable of effectively performing full body 50-minute massage services.
- Excels in team environments.
- Excellent at guest communication.
- Availability to work some nights and weekends (our busiest times).
- Pass background check.
Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
