We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment. If you have experience selling memberships, high-end wellness services, or premium products (not just ringing up transactions), we want to hear from you!

As a Lifestyle Consultant at Massage Heights, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their wellness goals, recommending tailored membership options, and driving sales. If you’re passionate about health and wellness, excel at building relationships, and love helping people invest in self-care, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedule & Work Expectations
📅 4–8-hour shifts

Your Role & Responsibilities
🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets through effective membership and service recommendations.
🗣️ Engage guests by asking the right questions and matching services to their wellness needs.
📞 Deliver outstanding customer service, including professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
🛍️ Educate guests on the benefits of regular massage therapy and skincare.
🤝 Collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-energy work environment.

What We’re Looking For
 ✔ Sales & Service Experience – Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services required.
People-Centric Mindset – A natural ability to build relationships and engage with guests.
Goal-Oriented & Competitive – Motivated by sales goals, commissions, and personal growth.
Quick Learner & Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
Resilient & Solution-Oriented – Strong critical thinking skills, especially when handling guest concerns.
