We seek a Membership Sales - Spa Front Desk interested in growing with us. We pride ourselves on our positive and gratifying work environment and are looking for a dynamic, outgoing team player to join our team.

$15-16 BASE guaranteed hourly(above quota average pay to increased hourly of $18-$22, and MORE bonus ranges from $200-$550 each month!)

Responsibilities:

SALES- Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members
Greet guests and members in person and on the phone with a welcoming attitude
Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists to meet their needs
Demonstrate ability to achieve both individual and team sales goals
Ability to work in a team environment to meet the goals of the business

Qualifications:

MUST have STRONG LEADERSHIP SALES EXPERIENCE with a TRACK RECORD!
MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software or ability to learn advanced software quickly
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Experience with FAST PACED work environments
Overall Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
