Roles & Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations
Manager on duty when primary manager is off duty
Must be able to cover front desk PM shifts plus one weekend shift
Must reach personal and monthly KPI Team goals
Coach and Continued Training of Team Members to achieve peak performance
Create a positive Team environment that is passionate about providing Guest service
Consistently exceed set sales quotas
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE MEMBERSHIP SALES and STRONG SALES COACHING SKILLS
MUST BE SALES DRIVEN WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD
MUST HAVE SPA CULTURE EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE Working knowledge of Zenoti or Spa computer software
Minimum 2-5 years of sales and retail management experience
Experience in managing hourly wage employees
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills as a Team Player
People-oriented with strong Guest service skills and public relations
Industry knowledge and experience
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
Recommended Pay: $21 hourly base plus commissions averaging $500-$1000 a month commissions and bonus
Hours: 40+ hours per week
