Massage Heights The Woodlands is looking for motivated, upbeat, and driven individuals to join our team as Spa Sales Associates — where your energy and enthusiasm directly impact lives (and your paycheck)!

As the face of our spa, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere while guiding guests through our wellness offerings. You'll play a key role in booking appointments, recommending services, and promoting our membership packages — all in a fast-paced, positive, and professional environment.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Greet every guest with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued from the moment they walk in
Confidently recommend and sell memberships, facials, massages, upgrades, and retail products tailored to each guest’s needs
Handle appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and check-ins/check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
Upsell and educate clients on our Elevation services and gift card options
Help maintain the spa's clean, calming environment in both front-of-house and shared areas

📅 Schedule & Availability:

We currently have 1 part-time and 1 full-time position available.
You must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

🕘 Spa Hours of Operation:

Mon–Thu: 8:30am–9pm
Fri: 9am–9pm
Sat: 9am–7pm
Sun: 10am–6pm

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
