Sales & Operations Training Specialist – Dual Licensed (Esthetician & Massage Therapist)

About the Role:
As a vital member of the Operations Team, the Sales & Operations Training Specialist supports Franchisees and Retreat Teams in delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role focuses on front desk performance, membership sales, and consistent skincare service delivery aligned with the standards of Massage Heights | Heights Wellness Retreat.

We’re seeking a candidate with an active Esthetician license, a strong background in membership sales, and ideally, experience in massage therapy (even if no longer licensed). You’ll coach teams to elevate service and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training for sales and operations teams.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning opportunities.
  • Measure training effectiveness via feedback and performance data.
  • Partner with leadership to align training with business goals.
  • Create instructional materials and resources for ongoing learning.
  • Lead workshops and seminars to promote best practices.
  • Offer coaching and support to teams post-training.
  • Stay current on industry trends to enhance training impact.

Requirements:

  • Active Esthetician License (Required)
  • Massage Therapy experience (license not required)
  • 3+ years in esthetics, membership sales, front desk ops, or spa/retail training
  • Ability to travel as required up to 75% of the time 
  • Franchising or operations support experience a plus
  • Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and communication
  • Experience training teams in guest service, sales, and operations
  • Strong knowledge of skincare protocols and product positioning
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools
  • Instructional design and performance analysis skills
  • Passion for training and fostering a positive learning environment
  • Experience in wellness or service industry a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
