Become part of the team at Massage Heights and help us inspire, educate, and promote a balanced lifestyle. We seek a Membership Sales Consultant interested in growing with us. We are a positive and gratifying work environment looking for a dynamic, outgoing team player to join our team.
Benefits/Perks:
- $15-16 BASE guaranteed hourly-with extra commissions pay ranges at $18-$22/hour
- Part-time 25 hours/week leads to Full-time when available

Responsibilities:
- SALES- Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members
- Greet guests and members in person and on the phone
- Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists
- Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work in a team environment to meet the goals of the business
Qualifications:
- MUST have STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE and have an OUTGOING PERSONALITY
- MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Experience with FAST PACED work environments
- Overall Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
- Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
- MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)
Compensación: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
