Join our team at Massage Heights and help us to inspire, educate, and promote a balanced lifestyle. We seek a motivated LEAD Membership Sales Consultant. We are a positive and gratifying work environment looking for a dynamic, outgoing SALES PRO and team player.

Benefits/Perks:

$17+ hourly, and increasing pay range to $19-$22/hour with monthly bonus commissions

Responsibilities:

SALES- Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members
Greet and Welcome guests and members in person and on the phone
Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists
Present and sell memberships and gift cards

Qualifications:

MUST have STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE and have an OUTGOING PERSONALITY
Must have ability to achieve sales goals with set quotas
MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with FAST PACED work environments and be a self starter
MUST be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
