The Financial Opportunity

Base Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 / hour (commensurate with leadership experience)
High-Upside Bonus Structure: Performance-driven compensation tiers designed to reward top producers who smash growth KPIs.

What You’ll Own (The Sales & Growth Engine)

Your primary directive is to scale a membership-based wellness business by executing a disciplined sales process. You will lead, coach, and run daily operations to hit critical benchmarks:

Drive the 25% Conversion Blueprint: Train, role-play, and lead your front desk team to convert 1 out of every 4 prospects into a long-term Wellness Member.
Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, onboard, and coach a powerhouse squad, including 20 Massage Therapists and elite Front Desk Sales Associates.
Own the Scorecard: Manage labor efficiency, maximize room utilization, and own your daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs using advanced POS and tracking tools (Zenoti, SharePoint, AnchorPoint).

How Success Is Measured (Outcomes vs. Effort)

We evaluate performance strictly on measurable results. Your scorecard will track:

Front Desk Prospect-to-Membership Conversion: 25% – 35%
Overall Member Retention Rate: 99%
Massage Therapist Rebook Rate: 60%
Growth Milestone: Scale the business by adding 500 active members over the next 3–6 months.

Required Experience & Skills

1–5 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in membership-based, KPI-driven environments (fitness, wellness, or subscription service retail).
Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales quotas and managing operational budgets.
Strong coaching instincts with the ability to hold a team to high standards under high volume.
Self-starter mentality with the ambition to grow into higher organizational leadership.
