Heights Wellness Retreat Leon Springs, in partnership with Skin Authority, is seeking a skilled Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, result-driven treatments, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. We provide advanced, science-backed skincare services in a modern, welcoming wellness environment.

How You Will Make a Difference
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Care: Provide world-class, results-driven skincare treatments, customizing each session to meet guests’ unique wellness goals using Skin Authority’s advanced, science-backed products and protocols.
  • Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Design and implement comprehensive treatment and home-care regimens that empower guests to achieve lasting skin health, radiance, and confidence.
  • Drive Retail and Service Success: Educate guests on the benefits of professional skincare products, packages, and treatment enhancements, seamlessly integrating recommendations into their wellness journey.
  • Master Add-On Services: Promote and perform advanced treatment enhancements, ensuring every session is elevated to meet the highest standards of luxury, efficacy, and visible results.
  • Foster Meaningful Guest Connections: Build rapport during consultations and throughout each visit, cultivating loyalty, rebooking, and long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a Professional, Polished Environment: Keep treatment spaces organized, clean, and reflective of our high standards while contributing to a positive, collaborative, and uplifting workplace culture.
  • Resolve Guest Needs with Care: Address questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-focused communication, ensuring every guest leaves with an exceptional experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoy connecting with guests.
  • Attentive to details that enhance the guest experience, from treatment delivery and personalized product or service recommendations to room presentation.
  • Motivated to deliver exceptional results, support teammates, and go the extra mile for guests.
  • Available to work 30+ hours/week, including a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable, flexible, with dependable transportation and punctuality.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn booking software, treatment tracking, and product systems.
  • Customer service or retail experience is a plus — a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and dedication to guest satisfaction are most important.
  • Licensed Esthetician in good standing with current liability insurance.
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on esthetician experience preferred, with a passion for advanced skincare and guest results.

Heights Wellness Retreat is a modern wellness destination focused on recovery, skin health, and holistic self-care. Our team is dedicated to creating an elevated experience where guests feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their results.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
