Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- 6–8-hour shifts
- Days, evenings, and weekends available
- One weekend shift required
What You'll Do
Deliver Exceptional Skincare Services
- Customize facial treatments based on each guest's unique skincare needs and goals
- Perform service enhancements including Microdermabrasion, LED Light Therapy, High Frequency, Chemical Peels, and Aromatherapy
- Educate guests on the therapeutic benefits of consistent skincare and wellness routines
Build Your Book of Business
- Actively engage with members and guests before and after services
- Utilize lobby time to connect with guests, answer skincare questions, and build rapport
- Rebook guests consistently and encourage long-term skincare plans
- Promote retail products and treatment enhancements that support guest results
- Develop strong guest relationships that generate repeat visits, referrals, and requests
Contribute to the Guest Experience
- Maintain a welcoming, professional presence throughout the retreat
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Team to maximize booking opportunities
- Participate in promotions, events, and initiatives designed to increase guest engagement and retention
Qualifications
- Current Georgia Esthetics License
- Active professional liability insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to perform 50-minute customized facial services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales, retail, and rebooking mindset
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow a loyal clientele
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment
