What You'll Be Known For
- Creating a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest.

- Building genuine relationships that lead to memberships and long-term loyalty.

- Taking ownership of your performance and consistently achieving sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a five-star guest experience from check-in through check-out.
- Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
- Educate guests on the value of our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
- Help retain members by creating experiences that exceed expectations.
- Support daily retreat operations while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude.
- Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
- Sales-minded with a passion for helping guests find the right solutions.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable for results.
- Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, professional, and dependable.
- Previous hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
Schedule Expectations
- 30-35 hours per week
- 4-5 shifts each week
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Flexible, open availability strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation with the ability to support both Buckhead and Brookhaven locations when needed
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive hourly pay
- Performance bonuses based on membership sales
- Guaranteed $1/hour pay increase every six months for team members who maintain strong performance, attendance, and meet eligibility requirements
