Responsibilities

Set the standard for high-quality therapy and Guest service through ongoing training and support
Confidently, knowledgeably educate Guests about services, products and programs
Recommend and perform protocols and Elevations with consistency and compliance with brand standards, including: Revitalizing Face Massage, Reviving Foot Scrub, Hot Stone Therapy, Active Therapy, Skin Analysis, Aromatherapy, Hand and Arm Touch Therapy, Manual Extractions, Skin Enriching-Galvanic/Ultrasound, Skin Refining- High Frequency, Skin Purifying- Vacuum Suction
Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massages and facials - Lifestyle Programs
Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home
Create and maintain positive relationships with Team Members
Recognize and support Team goals

Qualifications

Hold current state licenses to practice massage and skincare therapy
Capable of performing/learning deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities
Capable of performing/learning various skin therapy modalities
Be Guest Service-oriented and communicate effectively with Guests
Availability to work certain nights and weekends (our busiest times)
